Admin's Help
Actually the NEOS Portal has two accounts which are members of the Admins_Group:
europaschule_koeln_de
majorana_orvieto_it
These accounts can do everything to every content in the Portal, including creating top level folders, creating and editing top tabs like "active members" and "help".
Furthermore, admins have access to their private folder in the Common Workspace and to their private forum. This is the place where docs and memos will be stored, since their rather technical nature could be too much confusing to be readable by everybody...
Administering the whole site is quite an exciting experience, so we hope that in the future other schools will participate in this!
