Each NEOS school was given a special account which is part of a school_managers Group. The list of school_managers accounts is the following:

1) A school_managers account gives you the Role of Reviewer for the whole Portal: this means that if an authenticated user has submitted some content (News, Event, Document..) for publishing, you are able to edit it and then reject it or publish it.

2) A school_managers account gives you the Role of Manager locally for the  following folders, contained in Projects->Actual Projects:

• To Think European
• New Technologies & Communication
• European Constitution
• From Contact To Relationship

The manager role permits to move, add and edit content in the folder and in subfolders, as well as publishing submitted content.
These four folders are published, which means that all content published therein will appear in the navigation portlet to the left, providing an authomatic navigation tool for every user.

Be careful, you are really powerful here, you could even delete a  folder  or ban other school _managers!

3) A school_managers account gives you access, with the Role of Manager, to the private folder:

• Common Work Space

Private means that the contents in this folder will not be visible to other user: School_managers can use this folder to share work in progress or other documentation not intended to be navigable by every user.

Furthermore, we can put here all the public News and Events, so that everybody can easily find them and integrate them. For example, if somebody wants to add something to the Otzenhausen Event:
1. login with a school_manager account
2. navigate to Home»Common Workspace»school_managers workspace»News & Events»Otzenhausen workshop
3. click the Edit tab
4. change or add something
5. click Save
