The tandem structure
Concept for student work experience in NEOS schools
Target group: single students at the age of 16-18 (max. 2 students at the same time)
Duration: 2-3 weeks, possibly longer
In the ideal case there are tandems, who visit each other shortly one after the other and who will be accomodated each in the partner’s family. If there are any problems concerning accomodation or travelling, by agreement also other students can make the return visit.
